Founded by Professor Jiping Wang in 2014, it is an owner of the Clean Color technologies and all about textile sustainable dyeing.
With professional focusing on non-aqueous medium dyeing for hydrophilic textile fibers such as cotton/silk/wool/rayon as well as low pressure waterless dyeing for hydrophobic fibers such as polyester/nylon, five different dyeing technologies have been developed for meeting high textile sustainability demands from global textile and fashion industry:
● Low pressure waterless dyeing for polyester/nylon package yarns
● Low pressure waterless dyeing for polyester ribbons
● Non-aqueous medium continuous pad dyeing for hydrophilic textile fabrics
● Non-aqueous medium dyeing for cotton/rayon package yarns
● Non-aqueous medium dyeing for loose cotton/rayon fibers
With a specialty developed recycling system, the non-aqueous medium dyeing can achieve breakthrough advantages vs traditional aqueous dyeing technology, including no waste water emission, salt-free, fresh water saving (>99%), dye saving (>20%), energy saving (>30%). The low pressure waterless dyeing overcomes super high pressure requirement from the CO2 waterless dyeing for polyester textiles, providing an economic solution for the industry. The whole dyeing process does not need any water addition, leading to a true waterless textile dyeing. The sustainability benefits for both non-aqueous medium dyeing and low pressure dyeing technologies have been certified by Bureau Veritas and other agents. Cost is about equivalent to the traditional water bath dyeing.
We are confident that these two breakthrough technologies have the potential to gradually replace the traditional dyeing technology and provide an opportunity for fashion brands and textile industry to produce eco-friendly textile products and ultimately contributing to the sustainability of the global textile industry.
